Our guest speakers for this event will be Pamela Quinn and Reuben Daniels, Jr. (Bios below).
Reuben Daniels, EEOC-Charlotte District Director will speak to our membership regarding any changes/updates to EEO guidelines and policies, and Pamela Quinn, OFCCP-Charlotte District Director will speak to our membership regarding any changes/updates to OFCCP regulations.
Pamela Quinn Bio
Pamela Quinn is the District Director for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ Charlotte District Office, which includes offices in both North Carolina and South Carolina. She has 19 years of federal government investigations and compliance experience. Ms. Quinn is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mary Washington.
Reuben Daniels, Jr. Bio
Reuben Daniels, Jr. has been the District Director for the Charlotte District Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) since October 1999. He plans and directs Enforcement activities, Outreach to stakeholder and advocacy groups as well as Educational programs in support of the Agency mission to identify and eliminate unlawful discrimination from the workplace. Systemic investigations and implementation of guidance for the ADAAA and GINA are current priorities for the agency. The Charlotte District services North and South Carolina and most of Virginia through 6 offices. His service with EEOC has included work as a Trial Attorney, Administrative Judge and Regional Attorney directing litigation in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. He has been asked to serve in several interim positions with the agency including Acting Director for the Office of Field Programs in the agency headquarters where he oversaw operations for all agency field enforcement programs.
Reuben is a graduate of J.F. Webb High School in Oxford, N.C. and North Carolina Central University. He received his law degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he made his home for nearly 25 years.
